What we collect
When you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord user id, username, avatar, and the list of servers you can manage. For each workspace you configure, we store campaign and character details you enter and the session recaps, transcripts, and art produced by the bot for your recordings.
How we use it
Your data is used solely to operate the service — attributing recordings to the right campaign, generating recaps and art, and showing them back to your table. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Retention & deletion
Session data is retained while your workspace is active. A Game Master or Owner can delete an individual session at any time, which permanently erases its recap, transcript, art, and derived memories. Contact us to remove a workspace entirely.
